From the Collection:
The following papers are mainly speeches given by Glen Taggart while he was the Dean of International Programs for Michigan State University. The years encompassed by this collection were 1954-1968. In addition to the speeches, one folder contains reports regarding university relations between Michigan State and Nigeria and Michigan State and Taiwan. The speeches are filed chronologically by year.
