Alfred Lambourne, 1850-1926. Artist, writer, and poet born in England. Emigrated to Utah with family in 1866. Settled in Salt Lake City where he was employed as an artist for Salt Lake Theater. Among his books: The Old Journey ( Story of 1866 Emigration), Our Inland Sea (Homesteading Gunnion Island), and An Old Sketchbook.
