Scope and Contents
Sylvanus Cyrus Hulet (1826-1901), first LDS converts (with his family) in Independence , Missouri. Moved to Clay and Caldwell counties after expulsion of Mormons. Came to Utah in 1850. Settled with father Charles Hulet in Springfield, Utah. Married Catherine Stoker, April 19, 1850. Served in the Cotton Mission 1861. After death of first wife Catherine (1882), married Elsina R. Miller (1883) and then Elizabeth (Betsy) Dalley (1884). Bishop of Summit, Utah.
