Utah and Northern Engine #31 (Brooks Locomotive Works #530) testing the new railroad bridge at Eagle Rock above the Snake River. Note old toll bridge for Montana-Utah wagon road traffic. Note also Railroad shops and round houses which eventually replaced Logan as major repair point on the railroad.
