The Jay Anderson foodways follection is comprised of FOLK COLL 17 and FOLK COLL 17b. FOLK COLL 17 is the Foodways and Historic Cookbook Collection; items in FOLK COLL 17 can be accessed through USU Libraries online catalog. FOLK COLL 17b comprises Professor Anderson's foodways research and consists of nine boxes of photocopied thesis, articles, correspondence with author, etc., date and author noted when known.
