Scope and Contents
The Brigham Young College photograph collection is made up of a photo album, a scrapbook, and a few loose images. The photo album consists of images of the B.Y.C. campus, administrators, athletic teams, class portraits, theatrical events, the band, and the orchestra. It also contains a few B.Y.C. documents such as bulletins, commencement programs, and diplomas as well as photographs of the class banners. The scrapbook contains published images of different campus buildings, newspaper clippings about the college, class songs, and written memoirs. The scrapbook was compiled by Ada E. England Morrell, a member of the class of 1905. The loose images consist of the 1901 B.Y.C. basketball team, graduates, and the B.Y.C. class of 1897.
