The Historic Applied Sciences Technology and Education department records include syllabi, office files, reports, and assorted files created by professors, staff, and students. This collection only includes materials created prior to 2025 belonging to the Departments of Applied Sciences Technology and Education and other related departments. Also included in this collection is a Future Farmers of America Utah Chapter newsletter called The Utah Spotlight. The newsletter was prepared by the Utah State Agricultural Education department in cooperation with the Utah State Department of Education.

Future acquisitions from the Department of Applied Sciences Technology and Education post-2025 will be collected under the new collection number UUS_14.12/3.
