Connor, Patrick Edward. One page correspondence to William A. Carter. [Camp Douglas, Utah Territory], January 19, 1866. 10 lines in ink on "Head-Quarter District of Utah, Great Salt Lake City, U.T." letterhead. Connor's letter concerns a "Lieut. Lodd' who may owe Carter money. "If you will send me a statement of his swindling transactions with you."
Patrick Edward Connor (1820-1891) was a general in the U.S. Army and is known for his campaigns in the American West.
