Overland Monthly Vol. XXXV, No. 209. A biography of London by Overland co-editor (with her husband Roscoe Eames) Ninetta Eames. Though replete with several errors of fact the article is very detailed and enthusiastic and likely provided an important boost to the young writer's career. Eames introduced her niece, Charmian Kittredge, to Jack in March of the year. Feature article in this issue is "Golf in California" by Arthur Inkersley
