George C. Jensen papers
Scope and Contents
The George C. Jensen papers span the years 1905 to 1977, consisting of an assortment of family and business correspondence, personal notes on religion and literature, family photographs, and a scrapbook.
The personal notebooks are the items of the most interest in the collection. They trace the development of ideas on religion of an "active" Latter-day Saints professor, who had previously taught at the Brigham Young College in Logan, Utah, to ideas of disillusionment and contradiction, which resulted in his leaving the Church.
