Biographical / Historical
The Fine Arts Club was established in 1936 by a group of 12 women who wanted to foster an appreciation of the fine arts; namely, fine literature, art, gardening, and music. Meetings were held every two weeks throughout the school year, October to May, and often included a luncheon and guest speakers.
