This collection contains a varied photo compilation, various new-clippings, and a myriad of audio-visual materials that document the events and milestones of Utah's Grand County Extension 4-H Club from 1977-2008.

Biographical / Historical
The USU Grand County 4-H Club Extension in Moab, Utah is a program featuring hands- on education in areas such as home economics, livestock care, agriculture cultivation, personal finance, environmental conservation, outdoor education, and more. The Grand County 4-H Extension has always sought to “learn-by-doing.” This goal is showcased in the many hands-on events that demanded students to adopt responsibility over their projects. For instance, raising, showing, and selling hogs, rabbits, or other livestock at 4-H fairs. Rodeo parades, sewing classes, and hiking trips are just a few of many examples of the Grand County 4-H Club’s commitment to hands-on learning.
