Biographical Note
Virginia Stacey is the owner and guiding force behind Worldwide Strategies, Inc. (WSI), a small company in Boise, Idaho. According to its website, Stacey's organization seeks to offer “innovative solutions to employment, training, and economic development challenges that change the reality on the ground and make real improvements in people's lives” by consulting developing countries in designing and implementing programs that support job creation and job retention. Her business contracts with the World Bank, the United States Agency for International Development, and the International Labor Organization to consult for countries across the world.
