Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of three albums with images collected and taken by folklorists Alta and Austin Fife. The first album (boxes 1 and 2) depicts a "Mormon Pilgrimage" taken by the Fifes to historical sites pertinent to the history of the LDS Church both in the east and Midwest as well as in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Arizona.
