Two major topics covered in these articles are the 1978 Salt Lake City city-county unification vote, as well as some late-1970s retrospectives of Lee's political career. A notable letter is written by Salt Lake City mayor Ted Wilson in 1979, thanking Lee for his support in the vote for city-county unification.
