"Born June 14, 1895, at Ogden, Utah. Home address, 2354 Adams Avenue, Ogden, Utah. Prepared at Phillips Exeter Academy. In college three years as undergraduate. Freshman Track Team; University Track Squad, 1917 and 1919. Western Club, Pi Eta Society. Enlisted in the Army Air Service. Commissioned Second Lieutenant, May, 1918. Land in France November, 1918. Discharged January 2, 1919."

Dr. Perkins is a son-in-law to GLB through the marriage to Katherine Becker.

A 56 page scrapbook of Newspaper and magazine articles from around the nation covering the 1939 U.S.B.A. convention, with the main focus being on GLB's election to be president of the association. Also included in the scrapbook are a few photos from the Becker Products Company Employees banquet of November 10, 1939. This scrapbook contains photographs 11:01-11:09.
