Making Of A Nation, undated
Scope and Contents
This collection contains local history radio transcripts written by J. Arbon Christensen, which he broadcast from radio station KVNU in Logan. The broadcasts spanned 1960-1970. There are four boxes with approximately 30 folders in each and ten transcripts per folder. The transcripts are ordered numerically but do not follow a sequential time line. Each transcript discusses a different topic. Subject headings include topics such as Cache Valley, Indians, mining, temples and tabernacle, railroad, farming, bridges and canals, markets and stores, and the United Order and co-ops. The last five folders of Box 4 contain unnumbered transcripts and a miscellaneous paper on the history of the Huguenots.
