The George C. Jensen papers span the years 1905 to 1977, consisting of an assortment of family and business correspondence, personal notes on religion and literature, family photographs, and a scrapbook.

The personal notebooks are the items of the most interest in the collection. They trace the development of ideas on religion of an "active" Latter-day Saints professor, who had previously taught at the Brigham Young College in Logan, Utah, to ideas... of disillusionment and contradiction, which resulted in his leaving the Church.
