Side 1: Conversation over telephone with Frank Mann of Couer D'Alene, ID, 15 March 1969 (Difficult to hear). Side 2: Kerry Boren's tape of stories about Cleophus J. Dowd as recorded by his son, Charles Dowd, 26 February 1970 (Difficult to hear) (Kerry Boren and Dowd family own rights to the tape and ask that the information not be used in publications because he is working on a book with this story).
