Folded text: Logan Rapid Transit Company 500 six per cent. first mortgage gold bond, interest payable, January 1st & July 1st, principal due January 1st 1933, trustee's certificate...the Ogden Savings Bank, a corporation having its principal place of business at Ogden city, State of Utah, hereby certifies that this is one of a series of 6% first mortgage gold bonds described in the within mentioned mortgage or deed of trust...The Logan Rapid Transit Company was part of the Eccles Corporation since its beginning in 1909. In 1914 it was merged with the Ogden Rapid Transit company to form the Utah-Idaho Central Railroad Company.
