Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: The Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) is federally owned and operated by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. One purpose of CRSP is the production of hydroelectric capacity and energy. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) markets and transmits CRSP power in 15 western and central states.
