Abstract The Merl LaVoy photograph colleciton consists of 125 images, mostly from a 1930 expedition to the remote Prayer Rock District on the Navajo Reservation in Northeast Arizona. The Prayer Rock expedition was an archaeological foray sponsored by Charles Bernheimer into some lesser known canyons around the Lukachukai Mountains. The Fabiola Nevarez collection consists of seven oversized black as well as twenty seven 8x10 color and black and white inkjet prints. These images consist of Latinx workers, families, and people protesting proposed a federal immigration reform debate in Ogden on May 1, 2006.
