Charles Potts broadside and ephemera collection
Charles Potts was born in Idaho Falls in 1943 and was raised on a ranch in Idaho. By 1963 he was already publishing poetry. He graduated from Idaho State University in 1965 with a degree in English. He took part organizing, producing, and publishing of Beat era poets for over fifty years. The collection includes broadsides, newsletters, postcards, and ephemera collected and produced by Potts.
Kathryn Caine Wanlass Beat Broadsides and Ephemera collection
The Kathryn Caine Wanlass Beat Broadside and Ephemera collection was gifted to Utah State University Libraries in 1998 by the Marie Eccles Caine Foundation. The initial gift included approximately 200 Beat broadsides, as well as 3300 books, pamphlets, little magazines, and primary source materials that document the history and development of the Beat Movement in American literature and allied arts.
